A Busy Day!

Today at work my head was spinning--ALL DAY LONG. I had a meeting with the film crew and the creative department about the video I am helping to produce. It was sheer madness! Everyone had such great ideas and totally different ways to take the video--we have so many options. I have a lot of work do to in a short period of time, but am ready for the challenge. I like keeping busy and being able to see things come together. The big pay off will be JULY 16th!!! Less than a month away.

After work, Kelsey, Brittany, Amanda, Kristin, and I walked to Grand Central Station and took a different route home. Along the way we stopped at a few shops, one of them being a clothing store called "Strawberry". We also stopped at Jamba Juice (A Superfruit Smoothie Company) and Crumbs (A Cupcake Bake Shop). I got a DELICIOUS Peanut Butter Cup Cupcake. Ahhh heaven on earth!

And we also bought our first BROADWAY tickets for a show---MARY POPPINS! The show is next Tuesday, June 29th at the New Amsterdam Theatre. So excited for the show!

And to top off a stressful day at work turned fun afternoon in the city, I had something waiting for me when I got back at EHS. I had a card from my parents and from my Uncle Jerry, Aunt Debbie, and cousin Jeremy. It was so fun to get mail! I felt like my family was watching out for me and encouraging me during my summer away. I really appreciate them sending their notes. It was a great touch of home. Feeling their support was awesome. Thanks fam!! Love ya!!

Tomorrow we have a resume writing and interviewing workshop. It should be helpful as I continue my career--wherever that shall be =) Maybe in New York??....
